Riva at the “Cavallino Classic Monaco”
The timeless elegance of Riva meets the myth of Formula 1 in the heart of the Principality.
Riva, a symbol of beauty and Made in Italy style, was a partner of the “Cavallino Classic Monaco,” the new and exclusive edition of the international event dedicated to the Ferrari universe, held from April 23 to 26, 2026, in the heart of the Principality.
In the year of its 35th anniversary, the Cavallino Classic indeed inaugurated a new chapter in its history with the first Concorso d’Eleganza in Monaco, entirely dedicated to Ferrari Formula 1 single-seaters. The event took place at the Yacht Club de Monaco, where the cars were displayed along the Marina throughout the weekend, with direct access to the legendary circuit, home of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, visible from a privileged position at the Riva Aquarama Lounge, where guests and owners could experience exclusive moments overlooking the Marina and watch the adrenaline-fueled hot laps of the Ferrari single-seaters.
In this unique context, Riva was present with a splendid 1986 Aquarama Special, displayed at the Yacht Club de Monaco and restored by Riva Classiche, the brand’s division dedicated to the preservation of vintage boats. The iconic hull is also the first specimen to have obtained the Certificate of Authenticity issued by Riva Classiche, which certifies the full compliance of the boat with the original standards of the shipyard, guaranteeing its originality. The certification process, reserved for boats over 20 years old, takes place at the Sarnico shipyard, where rigorous technical and aesthetic checks are carried out, accompanied by dynamic tests in water. Certified according to RINA ISO 9001 standards, the process involves assigning a score that expresses the degree of authenticity of the boat and concludes with the delivery of an exclusive mahogany box containing the official documentation.
Another major highlight of the event, the largest Riva ever built to date, the majestic Riva 54 METRI, accompanied by a Riva 76’ Perseo Super and some of the most iconic yachts from other brands of the Ferretti Group: Custom Line Navetta 38, Custom Line Saetta 140’, wallywhy150, wallytender48, Ferretti Yachts INFYNITO 90, and Pershing GTX70, brought to Monaco by their respective owners for the event.
During the weekend, collectors and participants also had the opportunity to experience an exclusive driving experience on the Monaco circuit, thanks to the collaboration with the Automobile Club de Monaco, and hospitality moments at the Yacht Club. Among these was the Party Under the Stars by Riva, one of the most anticipated events of the occasion.
Riva provided a refined tender service between the Marina and the paddock of the Grand Prix Historique, aboard a Riva Iseo and, during the award ceremony of the Concorso d’Eleganza, awarded the Riva Steering Award to the Best of Show.
